GMR Marketing Freelance

One of my first major projects out of university, I was brought on as a freelance designer to support a high-profile campaign for 3M during Climate Week NYC. I designed all the interior walls of the physical space and created an interactive buildboard, located in Battery Park next to the Sea Glass Carousel. The buildboard was conceived as a giant whiteboard covered in blank post-its, allowing visitors to share their ideas while minimizing paper waste—an intentional choice to align with 3M’s sustainability goals. The campaign highlighted 3M’s ambitious plan to go beyond carbon neutrality and become carbon positive over the coming years. As part of the activation, Sophia Bush attended to give a talk and encourage visitors to take action on climate change, adding an influential voice to the experience. My role involved translating complex environmental messaging into a visually compelling, hands-on experience that combined graphic, spatial, and experiential design. This project pushed me to think creatively about engagement, interactivity, and sustainability, marking an important milestone in my early career.
